Focus en hygiène dentaire.

Lorsque vous suivez le programme de soins dentaires réguliers ( sur la liste de rappel ) il y a 5 risques pour votre santé que vous amenuisez.   1. Risque de maladie cardiaque. Soyez soucieux de votre coeur. Selon American Heart Association, les maladies parodontales ( de gencives ) sont liées aux maladies cardiaques, cause la plus importante de mortalité aux USA. Les maladies de la gencive sont causées par une accumulation de plaque dentaire et affectent 75% des américains adultes. Voici comment cela se produit: quand les bactéries de la plaque dentaire se délogents de la surface des dents, ils entrent dans la circulation sanguine, se fixent aux vaisseaux sanguins et augmentent le risque de caillots sanguins. Ces caillots réduisent l’apport sanguin au coeur et ainsi augmentent les chances d’attaque cardiaque.
  2. Danger de diabète. C’est un peu une évidence. Comme nous l’avons mentionné déjà, une hygiène dentaire pauvre peut contribuer à ce que les bactéries accèdent à la circulation sanguine. Ce phénomène active le système immunitaire. Les cellules du système immunitaire ainsi activées produisent des signaux biologiques d’inflammation appelés cytokines qui ont un effet destructeur dans tout le corps. Dans le pancréas, les cellules responsables de la formation d’insuline peuvent être endommagées ou détruites par des taux anormalement élevé de cytokines de façon chroniques. Une fois que ce mécanisme est en place , attention. Cela peut induire le diabète de type 2 ( même chez des individus en bonne santé qui n’ont aucun facteur de risque de contracter le diabète ).
  3. Le cancer chez les hommes. Des recherches récentes publiées chez The Lancet Oncology, un journal médical de renom, ont trouvées qu’un homme avec un historique de maladie parodontale est 14% plus sujet à développer un cancer que celui qui a des gencives en bonne santé. Ils ont découvert aussi qu’un homme avec une maladie parodontale a 49% de plus de chance de cancer du rein, 54% de plus de chance de cancer du pancréas et 30% de plus de chance de cancer du sang. ” Des recherches ont trouvées un lien potentiel entre les maladies de gencives et d’autres conditions comme les maladies cardiques, le diabète et l’arthrite rhhumatoide” dit le Dr. Susan Karabin, présidente de l’Académie Américaine de Parodontologie. ” Cette étude démontre que les hommes doivent être très vigilants en ce qui concerne la santé de leur gencive et l’incidence du cancer.
  4. La mauvaise haleine chronique. Les gens vous fuient? Les maladies de gencives sont la cause principale de mauvaise haleine. Les formes avancées de parodontites résultent en une perte de l’os qui supportent vos dents. Une fois l’os endommagé, des espaces se forment entre vos dents et vos gencives. Ces crevasses deviennent un endroit de prédilection où les  bactéries vont se loger. Dans la plupart des cas les déchets laissés par ces bactéries s’accumulent dans ces crevasses et s’approfondissent et il devient pratiquement impossible de déloger ces bactéries de ces endoits. C’est ce qui cause la mauvaise haleine.
  5. Vos dents sont votre sourire. Revenons où tout cela a commencé: dans votre bouche. Les maladies de gencives sont très répandues et sont associées à l’enflure de la gencive, au saignement, à la douleur, à la rougeur et éventuellement à la perte des dents. Nous voulons tous un sourire en santé et poutant la maladie de la gencive, qui est signe de négligence, est la maladie la plus répandus chez les nord-américains. Et elle ne fait pas de discrimination. Bien que les risque de parodontite augmentent avec l’âge, les gens de tous les ages sont affectés. Et en plus tout cela peut être évité. Comment? Par des mesures préventives simples. Parlez-en à votre dentiste ou à votre hygiéniste dentaire.

    2. In the “Recipient’s Email” field enter the email address;
    3. In the “Amount” field enter “1″ (This is your $1.00 payment);
    4. In the “Category” field select “Service” (Keeping it legal);
    5. Click Continue;
    6. In the “Subject” field type “EMAIL LIST”, and in the “NOTE” field enter “PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR EMAIL LIST”. By doing this, you are creating a service and maintaining the legality of the system by “paying” for the service; and
    7. Finally, click on the “Continue” button to complete the payment. Repeat these steps for each of the 6 email addresses. That’s it!

    STEP 2: Now take the 1st email off the list that you see above, move the other addresses up (6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, etc…) and add YOUR email address (the one used on the PayPal account) as number 6 on the list.
    MAKE SURE THE EMAIL YOU SUPPLY IS EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

    STEP 3: Try to keep this article as close to original as possible. Now, post your amended article to at

You will find thousands and thousands of message boards. Click them one by one and you will find the option to post a new message. Fill in the subject which will be the header that everyone sees as they scroll through the list of postings in a particular group, and post the article with the NEW list of email addresses included.

    Quick Screen Capture is a basic capture program. Once you’ve spent some time familiarizing yourself with its tools, it is rather easy to use.
    Feature:
    Quick Screen Capture doesn’t have many additional features, although it does come with an image viewer. Besides this, this program offers very little. It does not have a toolbar which can increase screen capture ease and convenience.
    Capture:
    Quick Screen Capture offers some highly-effective capture methods. One of these methods is the scrolling screenshot capture which captures the entire document or webpage automatically, instead of only what’s displayed on your screen.
    This program, however, does not offer the option of text capture, freehand capture, and you can’t select individual images, texts, boxes, tables and so on.
    Edit:
    Quick Screen Capture comes with many special effects that you can apply to your screen captures, like transformations, color-based transitions, family pictures and electronic newsletters.
    This software also allows you to insert arrows and text balloons onto your screen captures. A convenient resize button lets you resize your screenshot by pixels or percentages.
    Quick Screen Capture also has a freehand drawing tool, but it seems difficult to use and the program does not offer a batch converter tool.

    I was wondering if there is free software out there that will take a DVD, decrypt it, convert it to .mkv and store it on my hard drive. I’m using .mkv because they are extremely small files and still look really good. Thank you so much for the help.

    I downloaded Avi2DVD and when I try to choose an audio stream, all 3 are blank. I can play the video on a supported player but cannot convert to DVD. HELP!
